2015 was an absolutely cracking year for Progressclaim.com in terms of recognition by peers and industry experts. We started it with getting shortlisted in the Anthill Smart 100 followed swiftly by two Merit Certificates for the Victorian iAwards. That would have made us happy for the year….then we were completely blown away by winning a National iAward and rounding the year out with taking out best online business at the Cool Company Awards. Now in 2016 we have just taken out not one, but two Australian Business

.
On Friday the 12th of August it was announced that we had won not one but TWO Australian Business Awards!

The Australian Business Awards are an international, all-encompassing awards program honouring organisations that demonstrate the core values of business excellence, sustainability and commercial success in their respective industries. Conducted annually and currently in their inauguration, the Awards honour the world’s industry leaders through the acknowledgement of innovative business processes, product development, enterprise, sustainability and overall business success. The Awards also recognise the important social and environmental contributions made by organisations through excellence of service, commitment to their customers, philanthropic ideals, ethical behaviour and environmental sustainability.

We were listed as winners in the categories: Australian Business Innovation and Australian Business Technology. The awards are a huge honour for us to receive and be recognised amongst the likes of companies such as: Telstra, Fitness First, Olympus and Commonwealth Bank..

What is Progressclaim.com?

Tailor-made for the construction industry, Progressclaim.com gets construction payments done in a flash with simple software that allows you to administer payment claims collaboratively, working on your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Progressclaim.com was launched in January 2015 to combat the outdated and disjointed payment claims process in the construction industry that is largely paper based, manual and inefficient, leading to  inaccuracies, disputes and strains on business relationships.

Progress claims are payment instalments paid incrementally throughout the life of a building project, once specific stages have been completed. On most building projects, there will be a number of contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on site, all working with different companies on different hours and different activities, but all required to bill their individual hours.

These claims need to be approved before an invoice can be processed and paid. The current claims process relies on differing manual systems that don’t talk to each other, making the process slow and disconnected, leading to problems including calculation errors, disputes and suspicion between parties. Progressclaim.com alleviates this problem by using the latest collaborative, cloud technology to process progress claims smarter, faster and more economically.

"What used to take me two days, now takes me two hours. Because Progressclaim.com is online, adminstration of the monthly payment claim cycle is less time consuming and much easier to manage. No more processing everything on a spreadsheet prone to error, and the assessment can be carried out at the touch of a button."
