If you use your iPhone to login to and process your payment claims, you’ll love this little tip on accessing your account without the hassle of always having to type your full email address.


Faster access to your account when using your iPhone.

Follow the simple steps below to a world of faster account access when you’re on the go.

Step 1
Go into the Settings app on your iPhone and select the ‘General’ option

Step 2
Scroll down and select the ‘Keyboard’ option

Step 3
Scroll down and select the ‘Shortcuts’ option

Step 4
Select the ‘+’ to create a new shortcut

Step 5
Enter your email address as the ‘Phrase’ and your chosen shortcut text, then ‘Save’

Step 6
Next time you need to log in, type the shortcut. When the prompt appears hit ‘space’ to confirm

And that’s it or as we say here – job done!

Couple this with getting as an icon on your mobile device’s home screen (just like your apps) and you’re firing on all cylinders!

Problems logging in from your phone?

You could be in Private browsing mode…

When you login to the system it holds your user permissions within the browser. Private browsing mode in Safari prevents this – just as it prevents the browser from storing your browsing history. If the system can’t see your permissions then it assumes you don’t have them and locks you out. This is to protect your data. Fortunately, the solution is simple – just turn off Private browsing mode for
